Responsible for the analysis of training and education requirements and the development of  multimedia electronic classroom curriculum materials for a new fourteen-month Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) Part 147 aircraft maintenance technician curriculum.

Responsible for training and education research, and the analysis, design, development, and evaluation of electronic technical documentation and interactive multimedia courseware for military and commercial clients.

Responsible for United States Air Force and Navy manpower, personnel, training and human factors research and development projects for the Air Force Materiel Command (now the Air Force Systems Command) Armstrong Laboratory, Brooks AFB, TX.

Responsible for manpower, personnel and training projects under the Air Education and Training Command Training Technology Applications Program (TTAP).

1979 to 1985, American Airlines Training Corporation, Director of Training Resources.

Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of total aircrew training systems for commercial and military clients, including the analysis of training requirements, the design, development and integration of instructional media including electronic technical documentation and interactive multimedia courseware, part-task training devices, and flight simulators, the provisioning of instructor personnel, and the implementation, evaluation, and support of operational systems.

1975 to 1979,  Northrop Worldwide Aircraft Services, Inc., Manager of Instructional and Media Design. 

Managed curriculum development for the Royal Saudi Air Force Maintenance Training Assistance Program. 

1973 to 1975, USAF Security Police Academy, Air Education and Training Command, Chief of Training Development.

Responsible for training development and management of 23 resident and four non-resident courses, a $1.5 million annual budget, over $3 million of supplies and equipment, the standardization and evaluation of more than 600 instructors, and a Learning Resource Center for Security Police worldwide.

1972-1973, Air Education and Training Command, Commander, USAF Basic Training Squadron.

Responsible for a training facility for 1200 U.S. Air Force trainees.  Directed a staff of officers and enlisted personnel.  Managed the functions of technical training, administration, operational standardization, and scheduling of operations.

1968-1972, USAF Helicopter Search and Rescue Organizations, Phu Cat AB, Republic of Vietnam, and Laredo AFB, Texas, Commander.

Managed flight operations, maintenance, personnel, administration, and training functions.  Developed operational procedures and training programs.

1964-1968, USAF Reserve Officer Training Corps, University of Michigan, Professor of Aerospace Science.

Developed and presented air science, management, leadership, and tactical training courses to Air Force officer candidates.  Performed the duty of Commandant of Cadets.  Designed educational, administrative, and operational procedures.
