 Engine fire on  ground.

Do not wait more than 10 seconds before discharging fire extinguishing agent. 

 Engine relight.

Below 20 000 ft and Mach .7 APU may be started for electrical power supply and used for starters assisted relight if required.

 Ruptured bleed air  line in the engine   compartment.

Engine compartment cannot be secured with the BLEED AIR VALVE switch. The engine must be secured to prevent further damage and possible engine fire.
